Our Story

Founding partner Vincent Marra has spent a lifetime in the hospitality industry. Reared in his family's restaurants, it was no surprise when he enrolled in the prestigious culinary arts program at Johnson & Wales University. After a brief sojourn to academic life to earn additional degrees in English, Philosophy, and Education Vince returned to his culinary roots.

For more than 20 years he held prestigious positions in world-class hospitality organizations. Certified as an Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation at age 27, Vince has split time between 5 diamond resorts, national chain restaurants, and hospitality consulting.

Vice President of Sales Travis Schamerhorn is a man of many talents. Navy Intelligence Specialist, Insurance Salesman, Computer Hardware Technician, Hospitality Educator, and Post-Impressionistic Artist are all career paths travelled by Travis.

Energized by his lifelong passion for hospitality & a personal promise to re-invent himself before turning 40, Travis fled the security of his corporate marketing career for the rigors of culinary school and the challenges of restaurant ownership.

Vince met Travis while working on a consulting project at a major hotel, Vince knew that he had found the ingredients for a promising partnership. The rest, as they say, is history.
