Pan Roasted Chicken Breast

GHI catered our daughter's wedding and all of the food was outstanding! The favorites were the cuban sliders at the cocktail hour and the slow roasted pork at the family style dinner. The groom and his family is from Puerto Rico and he chose a dish like he enjoyed at home. He and his family was so pleased at how authentic the dish was! The staff was excellent to work with from the first contact until the event. GHI helped make our event so special and stress free!

12 Hour Beef Brisket

The 12 Hour Beef Brisket is so wonderfully good. You literally forget that you are eating beef because of how tender the meat is. It literally melts in your mouth. Ours came with Jim Beam sauce which was savory and a perfect addition to the meat.

This was some of the best meat I have ever eaten. Everyone who attended our daughter's wedding raved about the food. I highly recommend this as an entree.

Cuban Pork & Sharp Cheddar Mac-n-Cheese Parfaits
